              I have to say I love Starbucks ... it is truly my favorite and and I read the book I felt like I too have been a part of Starbucks history... when traveling the world as a flight attendant.. I always felt comforted .. were ever I was by the smell and taste of Starbucks... to the time in Philidelphia I spent as a barista at Starbucks. I have taken some pictures of my favorite Starbucks in Grand Rapids...
  I love in the book Onward Howard mentioned  " I couln't help but think about our baristas. About how Knowledge can bred passion. And about how our company had to do a much better job of sharing our coffee knowledge and communicationg our mission"  I could not agree more ... knowledge breeds passion!!
